Step 1 Drill hole with minimum 2mm clearance.	Step2 Extrude the chemical fixing into the hole with a standard chalking gun.
Step 3 Push in fixing sleeve (if required) followed by bolt or threaded bar.	Step 4 Leave to cure.  Bolt can be removed by turning counter clockwise as with fixing.

S-2495 E is a two part, cold curing epoxy fixing.

APPLICATIONS
S-2495 E is designed to fill pockets in concrete or stone for fixing bolts and balustrading.  S-2495 E also provides an excellent means of bedding stanchion base plates to their foundations.

INSTRUCTIONS
Reference should be made to the Material Safety Data Sheet before use.
Ensure the cavity is clean, dry and free from dust.  Mix equal weights of the two parts and stir thoroughly.  Pour some of the mix into the hole, place the insert and support it to maintain its position.  Pour additional mixed S-2495 E into the hole, to the level required.  Leave undisturbed to cure.
