Adhesives for Cut and Bond Specials
Adhesives and glues for Cut and Bond Specials:- A range of brick adhesives we manufacture and sell to the brick manufacturers and brick cutters, includes standard brick glue S-288E, fast curing brick adhesive S-2511E and S-2300E adhesive designed for damp brick bonding. Brick glues come in 12kg sets which will be enough for you to bond up to 2000 joints based on 8g per brick joint.
All our brick glues are supplied in a natural buff colour as well as a range of colours to match the brick surface. There is also an option of purchasing pigment pastes for tinting your own adhesive.
Summer and Winter grades are available for all types of brick adhesive to enable you to bond bricks all year round with the same confidence that they will be cured in time for your customers reuirements.
Each brick adhesive has been designed to be easy to mix and apply, cure to matt finish and be crisp: cutting off cleanly without marking the surface of the brick. All our brick glues are also tested by an independent laboratory for Freeze/Thaw in accordance with section 5.1 of BS 3921:1985. They withstood 100 cycles without any defect and has been classified as frost resistant.
The glues have also been tested for compressive strength of 70Nmm2

S-2300E
Structural Damp Cut and Bond Adhesive. Bonds special bricks that are not fully dry. It cures to a matt finish. It is offered in a range of colours.
S-2511E
Structural Fast Cut and Bond Adhesive. Is very similar to S-288E but has a work life of 30min. and a cure time of 3 hours. It is available in the same colours as S-288E.
S-288E
Structural Standard Cut and Bond Adhesive. Combines a long work-life with fast cure enabling special brick bonds to be handled next day. The product is available in a wide range of colours. A colour matching service is available.
